Evelyn Ehizuelen, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care with a strong focus on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management. With extensive experience in primary care, internal medicine, weight management, and post-acute care, she partners with patients to create personalized treatment plans that support long-term health and improved quality of life.
Evelyn is known for her warm, supportive approach and her commitment to helping patients feel heard, educated, and empowered in their care. She takes time to build meaningful relationships and emphasizes collaboration, lifestyle optimization, and evidence-based care to help each patient achieve their health goals.
